OfflineRaidProtection
Fair Offline Protection with a Predictable Transition
OfflineRaidProtection protects bases according to their tool cupboard authorization when no responsible resident remains active. Online, offline, and AFK status are evaluated, and the tool cupboard owner’s team can optionally be included in the calculation. This keeps protection connected to the players who are genuinely responsible for the base and prevents simple deauthorization from being used as an exploit.
After a configurable delay, the base reaches full protection. When the offline phase ends, protection can decay linearly or remain at a fixed configurable percentage for a limited transition period. An administrative Buzzta interface, detailed settings, exemptions, bypass permissions, and wipe detection provide a flexible foundation for fair PvP, casual, and community servers.

Chat Commands
Command / Description
/orp → Displays the current offline-protection status of the base whose Tool Cupboard privilege the player is currently using.
/orpadmin → Opens the graphical Offline Raid Protection administration interface.
/orpstop → Globally enables or disables Offline Raid Protection.
The /orp command can display:
ACTIVE → Protection is currently active and includes the current protection strength.
COUNTDOWN → All registered players are offline, but the activation delay has not finished.
NOT ACTIVE → The base is currently unprotected.
NO TC PRIVILEGE → The player is not within the authorization range of a Tool Cupboard.
Permissions
offlineraidprotection.admin – grants access to /orpadmin, /orpstop, and all administrative settings.
offlineraidprotection.ignore – excludes the player from Tool Cupboard tracking and online-status calculations.
offlineraidprotection.bypassdamage – allows the player to damage protected bases without damage reduction.
Rust administrators automatically receive administrative access.
When the plugin permission system is disabled, administration remains restricted to Rust administrators.
Usage
Grant administrators the offlineraidprotection.admin permission.
Install Tool Cupboards normally and authorize the players associated with each base.
The plugin automatically records Tool Cupboard authorization and, if enabled, connected team members.
When every registered player is offline or considered AFK, the configured activation countdown begins.
If a registered active player reconnects or becomes active again, the offline state and protection timer are reset.
The default protection sequence is:
15 minutes → Delay before protection activates.
60 minutes → Complete 100% damage protection.
360 minutes → Transition period during which protection decreases to 0%.
The transition can operate in two modes:
Linear Mode → Protection gradually decreases from 100% to 0%.
Fixed Mode → Protection remains at the configured percentage for the complete transition period.
Use /orpadmin to configure activation delays, AFK detection, team inclusion, protected entity types, full-protection duration, transition duration, fixed protection strength, turret behavior, and SAM Site behavior.
Use /orp while standing within Tool Cupboard privilege to check the current protection state.
Use /orpstop when the complete protection system must be temporarily disabled or re-enabled server-wide.
